The Ridge Park Terror was built in Dad's garage. Not restored. Not assembled from a catalog. Built — cut, chopped, channeled, and fabricated by hand, panel by panel, the same way every real hot rod in this culture has ever come together. No paint yet, and maybe none ever. Bare metal on a car this mean does not need it. The chop is hard enough to change the whole attitude of the roofline. The channel drops the body low enough over the frame that the car looks like it is already moving before the key ever turns. And under that hood is a small block Chevy that makes the whole thing considerably faster than a 1930 Ford coupe was ever designed to go.
