Get In Touch
We are a small operation run by real people who actually live this life — and we treat every message the same way we treat everything else at Rod Shop Collective. Seriously and with respect for the person on the other end of it.
Whether you have a question about an order, a question about a product, a suggestion for the next State of Burnout state or the next Profile Collection vehicle, a custom Hand Built piece inquiry, or just want to talk cars — we want to hear from you.
Email:
info@rodshopcollective.com
Response Time:
We respond to every message within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday. Messages received on weekends will be answered the following Monday. We are in the shop, not in a call center — so the response is personal, not automated.
For Order Issues:
Please include your order number in your message so we can pull it up quickly and get you sorted without back and forth.
For Hand Built Collection Inquiries:
The wooden head gaskets, wooden Hurst shifter, and hand screen printed felt banners are made one at a time in our Louisville shop. If you have a question about availability, lead time, custom sizing, or a piece that is currently out of stock please reach out directly and we will give you the most current and accurate information available.
For Custom Requests:
We occasionally take custom Hand Built piece requests depending on current shop capacity. If you have something specific in mind — a different engine configuration, a custom banner design, a specific piece for a specific space — send us a message and we will let you know what is possible and what the timeline looks like.
For State of Burnout Requests:
If your state is not in the collection yet and you want to know when it is coming — or if you want to put in a request for a specific state to be prioritized — reach out and let us know. We build the collection based on demand as much as anything else and your request goes directly into the planning queue.
Visit Us In Louisville:
If you are ever in Louisville, Kentucky come find us at The B.A. Colonial — our hot rod bar and hangout in one of the city's most historic buildings. Elvis played here in 1956. The car culture community gathers here now. You are welcome anytime.
