Shipping Policy — Rod Shop Collective

Free Shipping
Rod Shop Collective offers free standard shipping on all orders to the continental United States. No minimum order required. No codes needed. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on every order every time.

Processing Time
Rod Shop Collective apparel is fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Printful. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within two to five business days of placement. Production time varies by product and current demand but is typically two to four business days.

Hand Built collection pieces — wooden wall art and hand screen printed felt banners — are made to order in our Louisville, Kentucky shop. Please allow seven to fourteen business days for Hand Built pieces to be made and prepared for shipment. We will notify you by email when your Hand Built piece ships.

Estimated Delivery Times — Apparel
Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes three to five business days after the order leaves production. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery for apparel is five to ten business days under normal conditions.

Estimated Delivery Times — Hand Built Collection
Hand Built pieces are shipped from our Louisville, Kentucky shop via UPS or FedEx with tracking. Delivery time after shipment is typically two to five business days within the continental United States. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery for Hand Built pieces is ten to twenty one business days depending on current shop capacity and order volume.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Apparel orders will show a Printful tracking number. Hand Built collection orders will show a UPS or FedEx tracking number. Please allow up to twenty four hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Additional shipping charges may apply and delivery times will be longer than continental US estimates. Free shipping applies to the continental United States only. Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations through our Printful fulfillment partner for apparel orders. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Hand Built collection pieces ship to the continental United States only at this time. If you are outside the United States and interested in a Hand Built piece please contact us directly at info@rodshopcollective.com to discuss options.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window please contact us at info@rodshopcollective.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged apparel orders please include a photograph of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the situation — replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances and your preference.

Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Rod Shop Collective and our fulfillment partners cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an address error immediately after placing your order contact us at info@rodshopcollective.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order enters production or ships.
