Returns and Exchanges — Rod Shop Collective
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right we want to make it right. Here is how that works.
Apparel — Print on Demand Items
Because Rod Shop Collective apparel is printed on demand specifically for each order we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind purchases. We strongly encourage you to review the size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
However we will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end or our fulfillment partner's end. If your order arrives with any of the following issues please contact us within thirty days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The print quality is significantly different from what was shown on the product page
- You received the wrong item or the wrong size
- The item arrived with a manufacturing defect
To report an issue with an apparel order please email info@rodshopcollective.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours with a resolution.
Hand Built Collection — Wooden Wall Art and Felt Banners
Hand Built collection pieces are made to order by hand in our Louisville, Kentucky shop. Because each piece is individually handmade we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases.
If your Hand Built piece arrives damaged in transit please contact us within seven days of delivery at info@rodshopcollective.com with your order number and photographs of the damage including photographs of the packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a damage claim and will replace your piece or issue a full refund depending on your preference and current shop capacity.
Please note that natural wood variation in color, grain, and texture is expected and celebrated in Hand Built wooden pieces — these are not manufacturing defects but the natural characteristics of handmade wooden art. Each piece is unique and no two will be exactly identical. This is a feature of the craft not a flaw in the product.
Sizing Issues — How to Avoid Them
The single most common reason for dissatisfaction with apparel purchases is incorrect sizing. Please review our Size Guide before ordering — it is specific, it is accurate, and it will help you choose the right size the first time. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up as our shirts are true to size with a relaxed fit.
Exchanges
Because our apparel is printed on demand we do not carry inventory and cannot process traditional exchanges. If you need a different size and your original order does not qualify for a free replacement under the defect policy above we recommend placing a new order in the correct size. Please contact us at info@rodshopcollective.com before doing so and we will do our best to work something out.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days of approval and will be returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
