I've Seen Your Welds. You Need a Grinder.

Somebody had to say it.

Every welder has stood over a bead that did not turn out the way it looked in their head. Every pipeliner has walked up to a joint and known immediately, without touching it, exactly what the inspector is going to say. Every fabricator has had the conversation — the one where nobody wants to be the one to point out that the bead looks like a relief map of the Rocky Mountains and the only fix is more amperage, more practice, and considerably more grinding.
